Heat coconut oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onions and saute until transparent. Add in garlic (and 1/2 red peppers if using) and saute about 20-30 seconds.
Add in ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and break up meat with wooden spoon. Turn up heat to medium high and brown meat, allowing meat to crisp in some spots. Add broth and 2 cups of basil and stir until basil wilts, about 2 minutes.
While meat is cooking, add broccoli slaw, 1 tbsp lime juice, rest of red chiles (if using), 1 cup basil, olive oil and sesame oil to a bowl and toss everything together.
In a small bowl, add low sodium soy sauce, 3 tbsp lime juice and honey and mix together.
Plate cauliflower rice and/or steamed brown rice, top with beef mixture, then broccoli slaw salad, and drizzle about 1 tbsp of sauce mix on top.
